1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gh33 ("gh33", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at https://gh33.bet and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment systems.

By completing the gh33 account registration process, accessing the platform as a guest, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms take effect from the date you first access the platform or create an account, whichever occurs first.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

gh33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the gh33 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All correspondence, notices, and communications between gh33 and its players shall be conducted in English.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with gh33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gh33 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the gh33 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these conditions at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion you access gh33.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gambling activity on gh33. This is an absolute requirement. gh33 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent this rule.

2.2 Age Verification (KYC)

gh33 is required to verify the age and identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit a valid, government-issued Bangladesh National ID card. Additional documents may be requested in cases where identity verification cannot be completed from the National ID alone. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using gh33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. gh33 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the platform from a restricted territory.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on gh33. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, using a family member's details, or through any other means — is a serious violation of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended and all balances held within them may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of gh33 services — including real-money betting, live casino games, promotions, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide the following information truthfully and accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID
• A valid, active mobile phone number registered in your name
• A unique username of your choosing
• A strong password of at least 8 characters
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• Your preferred deposit method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card)

gh33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage after registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gh33 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. gh33 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.3 Unauthorised Account Access

If you suspect that your gh33 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your password has been compromised, you must notify gh33 immediately by contacting [email protected]. gh33 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification. gh33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your registered account information up to date. If your mobile phone number, preferred payment method, or other account details change, you must update your account settings promptly. gh33 will communicate with you using the contact details on record — delays caused by outdated account information are the player's responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

gh33 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. All transactions on gh33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gh33 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently available on gh33 for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method availability and applicable transaction limits:

gh33 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. Not all methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals simultaneously.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on gh33 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by gh33 at the platform level, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your gh33 account balance in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes of the transaction being completed on your payment method, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from gh33 are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your gh33 account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer outside business hours or during periods of high demand.
• gh33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts not previously verified.

4.4 Transaction Fees

gh33 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals at the platform level. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges. gh33 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

gh33 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. gh33 reserves the right to freeze funds, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity in cases where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or misuse of the platform's payment infrastructure.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gh33 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

To be eligible to claim and retain any bonus or promotional offer on gh33, you must:

• Hold a fully registered and verified gh33 account in good standing
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Not be subject to any account suspension, restriction, or self-exclusion
• Have made at least one qualifying deposit during the promotion period (unless the promotion is specifically a no-deposit offer)
• Meet the wagering requirements specified in the promotion's individual terms before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers on gh33 are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x). This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the bonus terms — failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

gh33 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; exploiting technical errors or loopholes to claim bonuses fraudulently; using low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine gambling activity; colluding with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements. Any player found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited without exception.

5.4 gh33's Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

gh33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. gh33 also reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if, in gh33's reasonable judgment, the player has violated these Terms or the specific terms of the promotion, or if participation in the promotion appears to be in bad faith.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on gh33 is governed by these general rules, supplemented by the specific rules applicable to each game type or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific rules shall prevail.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

gh33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where: the bet appears to have been placed based on inside information; the odds displayed were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error; the bet would expose gh33 to an unacceptable level of liability; or the account placing the bet is under investigation for fraudulent activity.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on gh33. These limits vary by game type, provider, and market. Current limits are displayed within the game or market interface. gh33 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

6.3 Void Bets and Settlements

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is determined
• Odds were published in error and the error was not corrected before bet acceptance
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded (late bet)
• A technical fault resulted in the bet being accepted under abnormal conditions

Where a bet is declared void, the original stake will be returned to the player's gh33 account balance. Voided bets will not count toward wagering requirements for bonus purposes.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

gh33 offers live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Live odds are updated in real time. gh33 accepts no responsibility for any delay between the occurrence of an event and the corresponding update of live odds — players using information about an event that has not yet been reflected in live odds to gain an unfair advantage may have their bets voided.

6.5 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, gh33's server logs will be used to determine the outcome of any incomplete game round. gh33's recorded outcome is final and binding. Disconnection during a game round does not entitle a player to a refund of their stake unless it can be demonstrated that the disconnection occurred before any game outcome was determined by the server.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gh33 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable.

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using a stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment method to deposit funds
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after placing bets or claiming winnings
• Attempting to defraud gh33 or other players through any means

7.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or betting market
• Placing bets based on knowledge that an event's outcome has been predetermined or manipulated
• Participating in, facilitating, or profiting from match-fixing in any sport covered by gh33's sportsbook

7.3 Technical Exploitation

• Using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair financial advantage
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with gh33's platform software or database
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to appear to be accessing from a jurisdiction where you are not physically located

7.4 Money Laundering

The use of gh33 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, is strictly prohibited. gh33 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering activity and will freeze, suspend, or report accounts where such activity is suspected.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Both gh33 and the account holder have the right to close or suspend a gh33 account under certain circumstances, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

You may request to close your gh33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to all outstanding wagering requirements having been met. Accounts may not be closed while there are pending bets, open withdrawal requests, or active bonus wagering requirements.

8.2 Account Suspension by gh33

gh33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable time
• Account inactivity (no login) for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a designated third party
• Court order, regulatory requirement, or request from a law enforcement authority

8.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. gh33 will notify you by email prior to any dormancy-related action being taken on your account. A dormant account fee may be applied on a monthly basis after the initial 12-month dormancy threshold is reached. This fee will be deducted from any remaining account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. gh33 will take all reasonable steps to contact you before any balance is depleted through dormancy fees.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate gh33's self-exclusion tool from their account settings panel. Self-exclusion can be set for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will not accept deposits, and access to betting and gaming features will be restricted. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.
